Frederick, MD (February 24, 2025) – Plamondon Hospitality Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Nichole Vasquez to the position of Regional Director of Operations for their Marriott hotel locations in Frederick and Hagerstown, Maryland.
Nichole’s career with Plamondon began in 2010 when she joined as an hourly associate. Since then, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, advancing through various roles within Plamondon’s property portfolio. She has successfully supervised and managed multiple Maryland Marriott properties, consistently delivering outstanding results. Most recently, Nichole oversaw Plamondon’s Marriott properties in Frederick and Hagerstown while continuing to serve as General Manager of Courtyard Frederick.

This new role for the operations leadership team reflects their continued dedication to providing the highest level of corporate support in all markets. In the past year, Plamondon Hospitality Partners has further expanded its mluti-state portfolio with an acquisition in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and the opening of a new dual-branded Marriott in Grovetown, Georgia. They now own and operate 16 hotel properties across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

In her expanded role, Nichole will oversee six Maryland hotel properties and help drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and success of the associates as they deliver an award-winning hospitality experience.
