Peter ‘Tripp’ Plamondon, III is not simply part of the family legacy by name, but as a member of the operations leadership team, he is also a vital part of supporting the company’s growth in order to scale the business successfully. In his role, Tripp continues the Plamondon family’s commitment to quality hospitality, community engagement, and strong family values.

Tripp Plamondon is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration & Management. After graduating, he worked for over ten years in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in operations, efficiency consulting, and asset management. He has worked at a variety of boutique hospitality firms, and has also held managerial roles at both Marriott and Hilton, both of which are important brands in Plamondon’s portfolio.

While his diverse background in hospitality brings great operational and analytical skills, which are vital to Plamondon’s continued growth, Tripp most enjoys the aspects of his role that allow him to connect with people on a personal level and create lasting memories for our guests!
