Regional Director of Operations

Nichole’s journey with Plamondon began in 2010 when she joined as an hourly associate as Front Desk Agent at the Residence Inn Frederick. Since then, her exceptional leadership, dedication, and ability to master the Marriott and Plamondon brand standards have propelled her through a remarkable career trajectory.

Beginning in 2016, Nichole served as General Manager for several Frederick Marriott properties and in 2021, she was promoted to Area General Manager. This promotion expanded her responsibilities, and she oversaw the Frederick Marriott properties while continuing as General Manager of the Residence Inn Frederick. In 2023, she also began managing the Hagerstown Marriott properties, continuing to bring operational excellence and team leadership to all locations.

In her role as Regional Director of Operations, Nichole manages all six Western Maryland Marriott properties, driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering team success to ensure an award-winning hospitality experience.

Nichole is passionate about the hospitality industry, finding inspiration in the constant learning and new challenges it brings. As a member of the leadership team, she’s grateful for Plamondon’s commitment to internal growth, which has allowed her to develop her own career as well as help develop strong leadership teams.
