Director of Human Resources

Kristy Rogaski serves as the Director of Human Resources for Plamondon Companies, providing strategic leadership and oversight across all HR functions including employee relations, talent management, benefits, performance management, and organizational development. Kristy partners closely with company leadership to strengthen workplace culture, support business growth, and ensure a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all associates.

Kristy brought more than a decade of leadership experience in retail operations to Plamondon when she originally joined the organization in 2020. Having served as a General Manager for several national brands, she recognized that her true passion lay in the development of people and building an impactful employee experience.

Kristy’s advancement within Plamondon Companies is a testament to her drive for continuous learning and professional growth. Beginning as a Recruiting Specialist, she progressed through roles as a Benefits Specialist and HR Manager before being promoted to Director of Human Resources. She thrives on the dynamic, ever-evolving nature of HR and loves working for a family-owned, values-driven business that prioritizes its people.

Kristy holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Colorado State University, a Bachelor’s in Recreation Management from Acadia University, and a Diploma in Coaching & Sport Development from Humber College. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, or floating down the river.
