Director of Real Estate & Business Development
Jeff is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a minor in Real Estate. Jeff began his career working for Davidson Hospitality Group, a third-party hotel management company based in Atlanta, Georgia, that focuses solely on upper-upscale and luxury full-service hotels and resorts. At Davidson, Jeff was part of the Acquisitions & Business Development Group responsible for growing the company’s portfolio via acquisitions, management transitions, and new developments. Over the course of his five and a half years at Davidson, Jeff worked his way up to the role of Director where he sourced, underwrote, and executed on over $2.5 billion in transactions.
In January 2023, Jeff joined the Plamondon Companies as Director of Real Estate and Business Development. In his role, Jeff leads Plamondon Hospitality Partner’s portfolio growth, focusing on both ground-up developments and acquisitions. For the company’s Roy Rogers division, Jeff’s responsibilities include growing the corporate restaurant portfolio via new development, acquisitions, and conversions; overseeing and managing the company’s real estate portfolio; and maintaining relationships with the company’s landlords and tenants. Jeff is part of the family business’ third generation alongside his brother Tripp, a Regional Director of Operations for the hotel division, who joined in 2024.
Jeff sits on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery, Howard, and Frederick County chapter of the American Red Cross.
