Plamondon Hospitality Partners Honored at the 2024 Stars of the Industry Awards

Frederick, MD (May 14, 2024)The Maryland Hotel and Lodging Association (MHLA) honored both an outstanding team member and a property team of Plamondon Hospitality Partners during the 2024 Stars of the Industry Awards.

MHLA exists to advance and strengthen the interests of the lodging industry in Maryland at both the state and local level. Their Stars of the Industry Awards recognize deserving hotels and team members who have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to their guests and communities. 

This year’s awards event was held on April 25 at the BWI Airport Marriott Hotel. Winners of nine different categories were announced during the ceremony with more than 500 guests in attendance, including owners, managers, front-line employees, and partners from Maryland’s statewide lodging industry.

Plamondon Hospitality Partners is proud to announce Samantha Star Cherry, an employee of Courtyard Hagerstown in Hagerstown, was awarded 2024 Food & Beverage Star of the Year. Samantha has been an employee of the company since 2012 and has worked diligently in various roles, currently serving as Operations Supervisor.

The second award given to Plamondon Hospitality Partners and their team was the Outstanding Property of the Year, awarded to the Residence Inn Fulton at Maple Lawn.
