For Plamondon Hospitality Partners Annual Associate Appreciation Week, we took the time to recognize many of our dedicated, hardworking associates with our Shining Star Awards. We've selected one of our associates to be our Associate of Excellence, who demonstrates the values of our company mission and declarations, and consistently displays effort, dedication and teamwork. This year's Associate of Excellence is Carlos Zayas, the Chief Engineer at our Residence Inn by Marriott Fulton at Maple Lawn!

Carlos consistently demonstrates a strong willingness to help and support his coworkers, often going above and beyond to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. He proactively takes on additional responsibilities, showcasing his ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. In addition to his regular duties, Carlos has been instrumental in supporting our Spanish-speaking employees. His bilingual skills have been invaluable in fostering clear communication and understanding within our diverse team.
