Michelle has been a cornerstone of our Fairfield and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Altoona since it opened, consistently exemplifying the values we all admire. As the Housekeeping Manager, Michelle has excelled in leading her team with dedication and respect.

She is a model of reliability and positivity. She works closely with associates to adjust schedules as needed and maintains a supportive, can-do attitude at all times. Even during challenging periods, Michelle persevered with grace and determination, never letting her commitment waver. She is a true asset to our team and an invaluable leader in our company.

Danny exemplifies the values of family and togetherness through his extraordinary engagement with his staff. He has cultivated a workplace that feels like a family, where every celebration reflects a deep sense of unity and care. Through his exceptional leadership, community involvement, and relentless care for his associates, Danny has created an environment that inspires excellence and fosters success.

Danny’s passion for education and community engagement is evident in his partnership with Frederick Community College’s hospitality program, where he is an adjunct professor. While teaching he actively promotes career opportunities to students while encouraging his current associates to explore further education in hospitality. Additionally, Danny is a strong advocate for workplace English classes provided by the Literacy Council of Frederick County, recognizing the importance of empowering his team to succeed both professionally and personally.
